Delivery

Orders will be packed and shipped for next day delivery on orders received by 12:00pm. In some cases orders that arrive after this time still may be dispatched the same day. This depends on the arrival time of our Courier. Couriers are not collecting or delivering on Saturdays and Sundays and we are closed Mondays, so there is no processing of orders on those days. Orders received on those days will be processed on the Tuesday and customer will receive their order on Wednesday.


Terms and conditions

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to our online and walk in store. 
  • All goods remain the property of Waterford Airsoft Supplies until paid for in full.
  • Airsoft RIF's will be sold via the Waterford Shop and online to over 18s only.
  • There is a 60 day warranty on  airsoft guns. The Warranty Will be void if a battery over 9.6v is used with products unless otherwise stated on the product Test & Chrono sheet.
  • Warranty will be void if gearbox is opened, or altered in any way, or the Product is modified internal or external.
  • Unwanted returned items will be checked before refund, if signs of use present the item will not be accepted for return unless faulty and within the warranty time limit. Unwanted items will only be accepted for return within 14 days of purchase.
  • Batteries are not replaced under  warranty.
  • AEG Magazines warranty is at the discretion of W.A.S. over winding of a magazine or winding and empty magazine will damage it.  This is not covered in the warranty. 
  • Gas & Co2 Magazines replacement under warranty  is at the discretion of W.A.S. Use of gas other that green gas or co2 will void warranty.
  • The use of any lubricant other than silicone based will void warranty. 
  • Excessive firing of an electric gun will burn out wiring and the motor. Excessive user use is not covered under warranty. 
  • Errors in ordering wrong size or colour of products is the customer responsibility. cost of shipping returns will be the customers.
  • All Airsoft guns sold by Waterford airsoft will be under 1 joule (328fps) and all go through strict chronograph testing. W.A.S. will not upgrade any airsoft RIF to fire over 1 Joule (328fps). So please don't even ask. 
  • Custom gearbox work will have a warranty of 30 days, Warranty void if battery voltage over 9.6 is used.
  • Waterford Airsoft supplies and its staff accepts no responsibility for personal or property damage from the use of airsoft devices bought from Waterford Airsoft Supplies.
  • Waterford Airsoft Supplies reserve the right to refuse admittance to our walk in store and ordering online from Waterford Airsoft Supplies.
  • Content on Waterford Airsoft Supplies website is owned and copyright to Waterford Airsoft Supplier, or Manufactures and suppliers. Use of this content is prohibited. 
  • By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product, and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • Pre-ordered products, or products paid in advance can take from 6 to 30 days to arrive. In most cases it's about 6 - 8 days.
  • Repairs may take up to 4 weeks, if parts are need to be ordered in. If the parts are on hand then it may only take a few days and depending on the repair. 
  • Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal  / courier  delays or force majeure for which we have no control and are not responsible for.
  • Used Products are sold without any warranty. They are sold as is. Used guns are sold for the owner and not the property of W.A.S. 
  • If you avail of our used gear selling scheme, you agree that you will receive payment from the sale of your items after they are sold, minus 15% which is the selling fee to W.A.S. If your item/s need downgrading or repair this will be discussed with you, and any payment due for work carried out can be taken from the payment received when item is sold. 
  • When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.
  • Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
  • Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

The information displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.Waterford Airsoft Supplies and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of Warranty & Returns. We only accept returns on faulty products up to  60 days for all  airsoft guns & Gear. The policy for returned items is repair, replace then refund. Products must be returned in original packing with all of the accessories. Waterford Airsoft Supplies will only accept returns on products that have not been disassembled or modified in any way. Return postage is non refundable. Dismantling or modifying your product will void its warranty. All returned product will be check for this. Products damaged by low quality bbs, problems cause by non maintenance are not covered by warranty. If you have a problem with your product, or wish to return a product, contact us through email, phone or Facebook message to receive our returns form.

Privacy Policy

This website uses etracker technology (www.etracker.de) by which anonymous data is collected and saved for marketing and optimisation purposes. All visitor data is saved using an anonymous user ID to aggregate a usage profile. Cookies may be used to collect and save this data, but the data is not personally identifiable. The data will not be used to identify a visitor personally and is not aggregated with any personal data. The collection and storage of data may be refused at any time, with effect for the future. Personal information is collected through the website for delivery purposes at the checkout stage. This information is only used by Waterford Airsoft supplies. No data is given to any 3rd party.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from any sales agreement within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you took the first the goods into your possession. Right of Withdrawal is only accepted if the goods are in the same condition as they were when you received them. 

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, (see our contact page for information.) of your decision to withdraw from this agreement . You will be sent a Withdrawal form via email. 

The withdrawal period has been observed so long as you dispatch the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal prior to the end of the withdrawal period.

If you withdraw from this agreement, we are obliged to reimburse all payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your opting for a type of delivery other than the cheaper standard delivery offered), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this agreement. For this repayment we will use the same method of payment which you used for the original transaction, unless something different is explicitly agreed with you; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse this repayment until we receive the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever of these occurs first.
